    Call the city government office and ask to be put through to Engineering and Building Permits. They can assist you with this question.

    It sounds like you’re looking for someone or something to blame for your condition. It isn’t that simple. People who live in the country who never smoked and were nowhere near asbestos get lung masses so there’s no telling how or where you got it.

    If the building you worked in had asbestos it’s not going to be easy to find out because they won’t want to admit it.

    Miss Wong is wrong…. you can find out if there was asbestos in any building, because it’s a matter of public record. And when you have the mass removed, your doctor WILL be able to tell you if it is related to asbestos or not.
